Q) Can I *Vector* edit Volume envelope on a sound clip?

Hi

Probably user error but I want to edit the volume envelope of an audio clip not by using the Pencil free-style but by two points of a vector eg. start and end point and the program draws a straight line in between.

How?

turn the pen off and double click the envelope line to create the breakpoints. then drag one or both

if you need absolutely precise breakpoints then that's another problem. I would direct you to the live wiki, FAQ section for Live 5
