Problem with lessons

osx 10.3.4, dual 867 g4, 768 mb ram, live 4.0.1

When I select any of the lessons from the help menu, live loads in a set with audio and midi files, but none of the data I can see in the lessons folders appears or is activated with the lesson set. Also, the lessons item in the view menu remains unchecked, even after I have clicked on it with the mouse. Is this normal behavior?

Had the same problem.

Try to change your desktop resolution to something higher than 1024x768.

I assume you have something like a desktop sidebar running. Close it and you can run Live also at 1024x768 with having the lessons displayed on the right side.
