I mix on small monitors with no sub... so I can't really tell how much deep bass is there. I used reciprocal side-chain, kicks sidechained to the bass and bass sidechained to the kicks. I don't know if this is ignorant overkill but it sounded good to me. So give a listen if you would and let me know about the bass... and any other mix tips you'd offer since I've got a lot to learn about production. Thanks!
(edit) just a note to say, it won't hurt ya to listen to this one... it's a 30-second clip of some good, dark hard beats... very psy/industrial. Check it out.
