A. Can you get more instrument packs?

B. How do you create seemless transitions from say you have a track that is 92 bpm and you want it to go up to 110 bpm? i've searched on youtube for a tutorial and couldn't find anything. I've looked everywhere, maybe i'm not looking for the right thingor calling it by the right name...

2. Yeah! Draw an envelope on the master-track, TRACK-TEMPO

Do you have a midi-controller? Assign a knob to the track-tempo, set min and max and there you go!
