Originally i got the free Live 2 version then updated to the retail version of Live 3 and now i have Live 4.
Is it neccessary to have all of these?
would Live 3 or 4 be damaged if i uninstalled 2?
This is not a "bug" or "problem" per say but i didn't want to be hasty or reckless by deleting one and finding out later that some of it's components were tied into the other versions.
If they are not tied into each other it'd be great to free up some much needed space on my hard drive.
In particular i'd like to get rid of Live 2.
Thanks.
Safe to delete previous versions of Live?

It's very safe to remove them as they use different directories on your HD. Only if you used any of the demo content that was under the program directory, you'll have to redirect those clips in the newer version.

I saw that too...
1. delete the actual old directories
2. then return to the Uninstall software control panel
3. now delete the entries and WinXP will ask ya to delete them anyway
