Interfacing Ableton for Live Performance

Right now I have a M-Audio Firewire Solo, which to me sounds pathetic. I want an audio interface that will be suitable for playing large clubs / home studio. I will use 2 laptops, external hard drive, and midi controllers. I am not DJing, just performing my composed electronic music. Obviously something realiable, quick, and transportable, etc. 2 XLR outs, 2 XLR INS, 1-2 Instrument IN, Phantom Power, EQ controls?
