I think you would get more support for the site with a Kaizen.com branding.

agreed. i think your current choice in urls is in bad form. at the least very suspect

I think you'd have been better of with a different name as it's far too similar to other brands.

Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery possibly not.

I'd probably ditch the Rockwell style typeface too, apart from that it's looking good.

I'm making a sticker out of that for the front of my laptop! (And I do think the site is poorly named, especially with Kaizen being one of the boys at the real ALDJ.com)
