Drum Machines - List of sampled machines?

Can anyone point me to a list of all the drum machines that are included in the Drum Machines library? I've seen the 10 listed at the Drum Machines page, but there's more than that included, no?

No, that's the list. Each one comes with a few presets that are varieties of those.

There aren't that many hardware drum machines, you know?
Imagine having 10 of them in your studio, that's just crazy.

That being said, i have enough drum samples as it is, so i'm not buying drum machines.

I have to admit that the 808 kit is pretty well sampled.

I was expecting more drum machines too but i find the kits bundled pretty usable and well sampled.

I really don't understand the mapping of the kits on the other hand.

Anyway, for 79 box it's not that bad.

Yep, as Johnisfaster just demonstrated, there's LOTS of hardware drum machines out there.

I have a similar list in terms of size and variety, and it's likely that many of them are the exact same samples from various online sources. I was hoping that Drum Machines would be a nice change (a lot of the drum machine samples you find online for free sound like arse), but there just isn't enough variety to justify the cost for me.

Don't get me wrong - Drum Machines looks like a great starting point and if I didn't already have the library I do I'd buy it no questions asked.

That statement I would pretty much agree with.

If we were to extend to drum modules too I would add the Novation drumstation, the Alesis DM5, the Emu Procussion to name three must haves. The Jomox Airbass and Jazzbass are also worthy modules.

For machines the Elektribe, the top'o the range current Boss and the Alesis SR16 are on my list. 808's and 909's dont even feature next to all the above.

Whether a drum machine is worth having or not is completely subjective, so perhaps you shouldn't say that either.

the electribe er-1 and rmkII (pretty much the same thing) make some of my favorite sounds out there.
