rendering and resampling problem

Rendering problem:
One part disappears, and another part is super loud. It's not the automation, I've been using this program for a while and I've never had this problem.

Resampling problem: The resampled track sounds not smooth.

Question: I've never had a problem with taxing my cpu, but this song has 40 tracks. Could this be why it is messing up?

i'm having a similar problem. I also rendered 40 tracks and on playback of those tracks i'm getting random dropouts and short freezes. The audio files have the data there - Live just seems to be choking on them.
