Tension - Bend issue (another one)

If a note is pressed while the pitch bend is in a negative position, bending that note positively doesn't work as expected until you release the note.

yes, I reported this in the beta phase.

part of the issue was fixed, and although I kept saying 'no no, it's still broken'. There wasn't much response from Ableton.
