Not here in LA. I called a few places and the cheapest quote I got was $55!

okay kinko's double sided copies are .15 each.
297pages is 149 (rounded up double sided copies).
thats $22.35
Bound with covers = $2.50
Total $24.85

Well, I like to think Im a reasonably articulate person. This is what was said:

Kinkos: how can I help you

Me: Hi, I would like to get a 297 page pdf document printed out in black and white, double-sided. can you tell me the cost please?

Kinkos: sure, ........that'll be 55 dollars plus tax sir.

Me: ok, thanks.

Should I have said it differently? Are we able to barter with Kinkos?
:)

Just download the PDF and take it to Kinkos or some other copy place... Comes out to about $12 or something. Easy.

if you bought the download upgrade and you are interested in getting a printed manual, that's no problem. Just contact [email protected] for more info.

Kind regards,

Ableton will actually sell you a real one, just in case you hadn't noticed.
