mic effects sound different (non-existant) during playback

mic effects sound different (non-existant) during playback

I'm using toneport ux2 with gearbox and live 5 software. When I adjust all the settings in gearbox for instrument and mic 1, it sounds great in the headphones. During playback the guitar sounds the same but my voice is stripped of almost all the effects. What's going on here?
