setup.exe on dvd is different

I noticed the setup.exe on the suite dvd 1 is about 40 megabytes larger than the downloaded one I used. Also, the dvd version is 7.0 vs the 7.0.1 download.

Should I uninstall 7.0.1, then install the dvd 7.0, and then upgrade to 7.0.1 again?

It just contains Live packs. You can download that from this site.

No need to install 7.0. The dvd is only useful as a coaster or a frisbee.

Hi Magnetotron,

Unlike the download version, for which you choose
your language, the DVD version contains the manuals
in all languages and the extra Japanese font. That's
why it's bigger.

So there's nothing "missing" in the download version.
You should upgrade to 7.0.1, though.
