Set up is:
-2 Audio Channels, each full with complete songs,and 10 other audio channels with loops etc.
-latency @ 768 ms
-Soundcard: Audiofire 2 ( with the latest drivers )
-Osx 10.4.10
-M-Audio Oxygen 8 + Evolution Uc 33 E connected to the 2 usb ports
-all gear is running buspowered
-Mac Book Pro 2.2 Ghz ( SR ) and Mac Book 2.16 Ghz,each with 2 Gigs of Ram
-2 Return Channels 1 with The Reverb and One with the PingPong Delay
-Cpu @ 3-15 % max.
the problem is...
if i push the send knobs with my midi controller or by mouse from the 2 master audio channels,i hear pops and clicks.
the thing is that i hear this clicks and pops only at the prelisten(channel 3+4)
on the master channel 1+2 there is like nothing,but often the sound switches to mono at the master out,and i noticed one time that if i touch the firewirecable at the breakoutbox of the soundcard there were a lot of noises druing this to hear??
i was thinging mayby this is because all gear is runnung buspowered, but some months ago i havend this problem,any ideas or help or should i buy a new soundcard ?
