Remote SL programming

I've been trying to program my Remote SL61 to send Midi Start/Stop (ie. 0xFA) to control Reaktor sequencers while hosted in Live, etc. but the editor doesn't seem to like those strings.

Can the SL be programmed for this?

You're not likely going to be able to send any midi data to a plug-in via bypassing the host. You may however be able to tie a function in Live to Reaktor's start/stop and control Live as a trigger for Reaktor using the Remote SL.

Also, is Reaktor automapped? If so, being automapped may allow a direct connection to Reaktor from the RemoteSL. Which in theory I suppose would allow you to do what you want.
