edu version of Live

I saw one could order an educational version of Live for sale at Thomann and am considering purchasing that. However, before that I'd love to get some questions answered:
Is this version identical to the regular version or does it have any technical restrictions?
What does the licence allow me to do with it? I'm sure I will be allowed to use it at home to play with it and as a host to learn developing VST plugins. Am I allowed to use it after my graduation? Can I do performances with it? Can I produce non-commercial CDs with it? Commercial CDs?
I tried searching the Ableton site but couldn't find any answers. As I guess I'm not the only student in here, I thought it'd be better to post that in the forums than writing a private mail.
