Problems with Audio Effect

Hi guyz!

before explaining u the problem, I ll tell u about my "Live" situation...

I bought Live a couple of week ago, or better I did the upgrade from the Lite version to the normal one, because i really liked it...

Problem...
when I use the some Audio Effects...it gives me this message

"The Preset cannot be loaded.It is probably broken"

I got this message with all the sub-audio effects, but not with some of the basic preset...for instance...if I double click on the "Auto Filter" Effect...it opens...if I double click on the "Auto FIlter - Eruprion" it gives me this message...

WHY????

What shall I do??I wrote to the support...but didnt get any reply...is there someone that can help me...causee i m not really happy, after buying more tha300euros of software, not being able to use it in all its aspects.

Hello,

which Live version are you using? Also, if you open Live's 'preferences -> live packs' pane and click on one of the iisted packs (i.e. 'Basics'), it will display the version number of the selected pack. Which packs have you installed and which version numbers do they have? Please also send this to [email protected] again. Perhaps your email got lost somehow.

-) I use LIVE 6.0.10 (i also have installed the version 7, but is demo so I do not use it)

Live 5 demo Song - Version 2
Live 5 impulse pack - Version 1
Live 4 Compatibility pack for Live 5 - Version 1
Operator Pack - Version 5
Simpler Eletronic Pack - Version 1
Simpler Power Pack - version 1
Live 7 basics Pack - version 8
Live 7 lessons - version 2
Live 6 basics - version 6
Live 6 lessons - version 5

Do You think is there something wrong?

Looks like you are trying to use a Live 7 preset using a live 6 device!!

Some devices (such as the autofilter you mentioned) were updated with new features (sidechaining in the case of the autofilter), and the live 7 presets that utilise these new features won't work on a live 6 device

I would try and uninstall the Live 7 packs if I were you

mate, thanks!but I tried and it didnt work...it still gives me the same msg!...
now i ll write to the support again.,,
