Warp Markers not Sticking

I have been havng an issue with setting Warp Markers. When I click on a number to turn it into a Warp Marker it does not turn yellow and take on WM properties. If I click on the numbe multiple, multiple time I can eventually get it to turn yellow and into a proper WM. Has anyone had this problem before? It seemed to happen after I upgraded to MAC-Leopard. I have been in contact with Abelton and they have been trying to fix this for me with no luck. Any help or ideas would be most appreciated as I am at a standstill until I can get the WMs to work properly.

Have you tried uninstalling and installing ableton again on your mac? Maybe it has some conflicts with one of your tiger settings that got migrated over to Leopard. i have Leopard running on a G4 1.67 ghz with 2 gb of ram and its running wonderful.
