Probably but since I didn't have Operator or Sampler before it would have cost me more if I did the basic upgrade and bought Sampler and Operator. I did already have the AAS synths before and I do use them but I didn't want to nickle and dime the Abes over some crossgrade discount. I've blown far more money on plugins that I don't even remember having until I see them in my browser.Pasha wrote:So you think you'll find an usage for Electric Tension & Analog?beats me wrote:I upgraded to the suite for 2 main reasons.
1. To thank and support the Abes with some $$ for creating a product that reinspired me after Cubase made me stop working on music for several years.
2. To get Sampler and Operator.
Everything else is a bonus as far as I am concerned.
However I completely agree on tip #1!
Another one to Upgrade with doubts
I think I want one printed manual at least, going through printed pages isn't that much fun, especially since they use such an odd format for their manual.Pasha wrote:Much Better Now.
Just to speculate, I got a friend with LE.
How much is your upgrade to L7 download?
L7 Basic download: 299 Euro
L7 Box: 329 Euro
L7 Suite download: 499 Euro
L7 Suite Box: 599 Euro
I have little motivation to chose the L7 Suite download version, because Session Drums (or better the sample library) is what I want most out of the Suite. The rest doesn't seem to bring anything that Komplete doesn't already offer. The convinience to have an all-in-one product is less appealing to me than the convinience to be able to switch hosts with external plugins (plus their additional features that are not offered by the Suite plugins).
