render : 'create analysis file' took >15 minutes !

Hi, I have just rendered out a very standard song, 16 tracks and 4 minutes long, rendering to 24bit @ 44.1

the render itself happened at a normal speed, but "create analysis file" took somewhere over 15 minutes, I would guess at 17 minutes.

I've never experienced such a long analysis period before.

My system is well up to spec, intel 2.6ghz dual core with 2 gig of ram. This is a first for me.

actually it wasn't anything too weird.

the app did totally hang shortly after this though, so I can only assume that something had gone wrong in the background.

After it had finished rendering I clicked the CPU meter to turn off the Live audio engine and flip over to wavelab and examine the wave. At that point Live hung,
The cpu meter was sat at 17% with nothing playing, which is unusual and extremely high for this machine.

I forgot to take a look at Task-manager to see what sort of memory usage was. If it happens again I'll try and get some better info out of the hang.

hmm, this just happened again.

I couldn't be bothered waiting and forced the app to quit.

forgot to make notes, I was too annoyed
