* I loaded the wave file, saw the progress of analyzig the file, but when nearly finished Live just quits.
* When i recorded I recorded 3 tracks: 1 stereo 44100 Hz 16 bits and 2 mono 44100 16bits.
* The stereo file stopped recording after 3 hours and 22 minutes and 42 seconds (2GB), on which I told live to start recording a new file. I can load these files perfectly in live.
* The 2 mono tracks are 6:45:35 (2GB) . When this time was elapsed, Live crashed. Also when loading these tracks Live crashes.
* I allready tried to cut of a few seconds from the end with another program (sound studio), but alas, no succes. Live still quits.
* The 2 mono tracks work perfectly in quicktime, soundstudio or itunes.
So I'm desperate... I want to mixdown this liveset, but I can't load it into live
Another thing: why does live stop recording after 2 gigabytes of audio? this is kind of erratic when you want to record long performances like this one. Or is there an option that automatically starts a new file when maximum filesize is exceeded? Last year I recorded a similar performance with succes, but Live didn't crash. It stopped recording, but the time went on ticking, and i could save the arrangement. This way mixdown was no problem. Sometimes a track dropped, but i cutted this away. But now Live crashed. I still have my audio files, but I have to resync the stereo tracks with the 2 other tracks. For the first 2 gigabytes this is no problem as thy start together, but then there is a gap of i don't know how many minutes... If live could just be smart enough to start a new file instead of just quitting, then I wouldn't have any problem
