tutorial/faq for Live as ReWire slave to Cubase 5.x ?

can anybody point me to some documentation for using Live as a ReWire slave to Cubase 5.x ? I have searched everywhere and i can't find step-by-step instructions. Sounds like some people are doing this.

I can get sound from live into cubase via rewire, but i cannot get sound from cubase into live via rewire...the inputs in live never show cubase as an option. i'm heavily into software synths and i need to work this way to be creative and productive.
