Shouldn't 'Group to DrumRack' by default set input to 'all'?

I would think that in most cases the content which you are grouping would be something which responds to more than one note. And it would be preferable to have things mapped out to the pads by default.

I know it is only one click, slide, click operation, but it's the _principle_ of it.
