L7.0.1 Midi notes shortened or erased

Reposting about that very annoying bug that is totaly ignored

overdubbing a midi clip "sometimes" -as in "too often"- shortens or erases existing midi notes !!!!
Quad 6600 Intel, AsusP5Q, 2Gb ram, XP sp3, Evolution MK361c & UC33e, Line6 UX8
