i'm loving the hell out of my Vibe Duo's by V-Moda for my iphone.... they have adjustable buds too... but it's weird some days the small work the best, somedays the medium...
they're supposed to "not even be noticeable" with the "super soft nylon" but yeah you can tell they're there (hidden radiohead reference there)
but yeah, killer bass, full mids and highs... my problem is i'm so enamoured with loud metal, that I can only listen in short bursts before I fear i'm gonna pull a Beethoven.
hi, i'm john, and i'm addicted to listening to brutally loud Mastodon.
In-Earh headphones better than normal?
I recently got a pair of the Shure SE530. Having tried the regular foam and silicone sleeves which just didn't fit my ears, I was wondering what could justify the price. The salesman showed me the triple-flange sleeve, whcih I have to pull my earlobe and shove for a minute to get it in right. But WOW. I mean, OH MY GOD. If you have money to burn, check them out and plan to spend the next few weeks relistening to your whole music collection. If you're not shure you can afford them, don't even try them.

i have the shure e2's and they fucking kick serious ass. they pretty much block out all external noise and sound amazing! so u can listen to ur tunes at a comfortable volume for extended periods of time without putting a hurting on your eardrums. i had those v-moda vibe's and they sucked my ass pretty big time. the v-moda's dont even come close to blocking as much noise as the shures and the shures just sound way better overall. when u get the shures make sure to take the time to find the proper sized fitting for your ear. i like the thicker silicone one. its good to start with the smallest fitting maybe use it for a day if it falls out go to the next size and so on. and u might have to fool with how its seated in your ear to. but once you find that sweet spot. OMG, MUSICAL BLISS. the e2's really stay put in my ears to once u get the right size fitting and properly seated. dont be afraid to push em in ur ear a little to get that good seal. its all about the seal bro.
