Live 5: Menu Bar problem!

Hi,

I'm running Live 5 on a mac and I've somehow managed to make the menu bar disappear. And I can't get it back! I'm completely helpless without it, does anyone know a keyboard shortcut to bring it back?

toggle F11 - full screen mode
