Launching and stopping clips using faders?

Is it possible? i.e. to launch a clip when the fader is up and to stop a clip when the fader is down.

If it sends CC's, I guess it will launch it upon 63 and stop it below. In other terms, your fader will be cut in two.
Within live I can't imagine a way to use only 0 and 127 values. I might be wrong.

I mean 0-61 to stop clip and 62-127 to start clip
