and you're pretty quick to complain about how frustrating it is that you don't have the ability to follow some pretty straightforward directions re installations of drum machines, or the helpful hints of respondents in this thread"
"this is really frustrating"
"Hey, I paid money for a product and I can't use it, it's way too frustrating...."
the latter in particular sounds a lot like a whiny adolescent, but if you have another term you'd like me to use to describe it, be my guest. my apologies if the use of "whining" offended you (which is a pretty whiny response (oops, there i go again)).
Problem finding Drum Machines in Live 7
Just in case I'm not the only moron using Live these days..... I thought I'd share the resolution to my problem. My zip wasn't fully zipped, (and yea for Vista once again, I had to press yes or skip for every different file in the folder, like 43 times)... So I finally had the full drum machine folder unzipped, now to get it in Live 7. Under the file button theres a live pack button, this one finally worked. I had to do each file individually, but it's all in there. Sorry I'm not as brilliant as some others in this forum and thank you to all the helpful people...... It seems people in Seattle are cool....
in which way?
you drag and drop? you have to open the folder drum machines, and than you can drag and drop the packs only to the live-window, that´s all, than all packs will be loaded in the live-folders "clips" and "drum rack"
