Anybody Pick up a Novation Compact yet?

Do they really plan on releasing a drum pad? I was going to buy the Korg, but with automap function, that would really rock!

No, this is entirely speculation. Korg or Beringher would probably have already done this if they had the automap technology, but novation seems to deliberate more before they put things out. The way that this technology is marketed with talking up the keys and all it may not happen but imo it would be a very tempting decision.
