had a weird latency thing going on there watching the fireworks on telly and hearing the bangs from the city

the latency was probably better than my sound cards

I'll pre-post my Happy New Years here. Please don't read for another 16 hours because my New Years is the real New Years, all others are fake and low quality.

Nah, EST is the only official time worth considering. Toronto and New York's time is the only time worth considering ! You Europeans do it early so you can put your towels out on the deckchairs ahead of us and Aussies/Kiwis are the land down under, so celebrate it at early so they can all throw some shrimp on the barbie and have a surf party in the sun.

You lazy Californians and weed smoking British Columbians out there on the Pacific Coast need 3 extra hours because you might just make it of bed from last night's weedfest with a few minutes to spare before the fireworks and champagne are flowing. :P (and that's only cause you got the hella munchies !) :P :P

3 hours to go...

I wish nice sounds, shiny, new gadgets, time and patience for everyone. (Double or triple amount of patience for the Ableton crew. I bet it's a must-have when implementing wishlist stuff... ;) )

Yes GMT is the oficial earth time - point 0, everywhere else is either + or - hours, for example EST is +5hours.
