Temporary recordings without recording anything?

Has anyone else been experiencing this?

I've been getting an option to delete or keep temporary recordings when closing Live sets that have used live inputs. The thing is it's been happening when I've just been using open input channels without once hitting any record button (just armed tracks), just running a live guitar or mic through a channel.

I don't remember it happening with any of the betas.

I'm actually getting this dialogue whether i've armed a track or not! Am I the only one? If so what am I doing wrong? Is there a check box or some option to have this "always in record" or something?
