Hi all I have ableton 6.0.4 for mac
I am a blues guitarist/vocalist
and I was wondering how to record acoustic guitar and vocals in Stereo because I can only seem to record
in mono
I use a
- M audio USB Fast Track Pro
- Mac Book Pro
- Apex Condenser mic's
- and normal vocal mic by Sure
help would be appreciated

do you mean you want to record using one input but have a stereo file? or do you want to record two inputs and have one as left and one as right?
if it's the latter then go to preferences > audio > input config and select 1/2 (stereo) (if you want to use inputs one and two as your stereo paid). you will then be able to select inputs 1 and 2 as a stereo input source for any audio track.
