What is the best USB audio interface working on a PC with Live, best in term of audio quality ?
USB Audio Interface for use with LIVE
I'd recommend a Swissonic USB Studio-D. It has Mac and Windows USB ASIO support, which will give you low latency. Edirol also makes a host of USB ASIO compliant devices. The Edirol products have a lot of different features, so you might want to look around their site a bit. You might not need a guitar input, etc etc.

I have both a EMI 2|6 and a Quattro and both are pretty good. The drivers for both are now stable and more reliable than they were initially, and the sound quality is excellent for the price.
My decision to pick up each was based on the balance between 6 outs and the need for MIDI. One laptop (which already has a 8x8 midi) uses the 2|6 and the other (which has only 1 USB port) uses the Quattro.
If you are going to use the device on a Windows PC, be aware that EMagic has become a "Mac only" shop recently, and while they have promised some support for previously shipped hardware, you may find it lacking as they curtail their Windows activities.
The Quattro's 1 in/1 out MIDI interface can be quite nice when you don't want to carry two seperate devices for midi and audio.
I have had an occasional problem with the 2|6 picking up electrical interference from a Dell Inspiron 7500 in certain environments (3 locations out of about 15). In what I would call a design shortcoming, even using the external power supply for the 2|6 does not avoid the problem. Running the 7500 on batteries will alleviate the issue.
I've only had the Quattro for about a month, but haven't had any problems yet other than forgetting to turn it on before boot
(the 2|6 has no on/off switch and is on whenever it is provided power).
