Ableton crashes when opening file..

Hey, I have this problem when opening a file in Live. I'm using Windows Vista (Sony Vaio only supports Vista) I've tried installing different versions of Live but each version crashes, sometimes I can open one file but when I want to open a new file a bit later it crashes again. I bought this laptop mostly for dj'ing and making music so that really sucks, can someone help me? Thanx in advance. Grtz

ok problem solved, seems that sss sidechain compressor vst was causing the problem, removed it, and now everything works fine

Bump.
Same here. I don´t have that compressor installed.

I just did some tweaks in the arrangement and saved as a new version
of the tune. Now the trouble starts. Lives crashes 9 of 10 times I try to
open that file.
