CNN is just as corrupt as FOX, if anyone here still watches and/or trusts the mainstream media (MSM) for news, I feel sorry for you. The mainstream media only shows a distorted window into the truth.

How can you say Liberals hate America?

I could argue that the Neo-Conservatives hate America too because of the harm they've done to the respect of the US worldwide, and how they've been killing the dollar..

But that would be a distraction.

Please realize this is not about Liberals. This is not about Conservatives.

This type of argument is meant to divide us.

If the US wants to really take its country back, they must hold their representatives accountable to the will of the people.

Bush went into this war with the approval of the Senate as well as the Congress. You should therefore hate all those politicians.

It's not because of that that they're despicable. The reason why they earned my contempt is that they went and passed such things as the Patriot Act which completely runs roughshod over the Constitution and individual rights.

The reason he went into the war is because the United Nations had their fingers up their butts for 10 years with the Iraq situation.

The reason he went into the war is Dick Cheney and the 80 billion dollars of contracts Haliburton has to rebuild Iraq after the war. What's right for Haliburton is right for America- wrong!
We're paying for that with our taxes and the lives of our youth.

Also, in a war climate, people are going to overlook any "necessary security measures" the government decides to ram down their throat. With the powers given the Federal government through the Patriot Act and other post 9/11 bills, you have the framework in place for a police state. Is this what you want?

I would much rather prefer the religious right than the atheist left.

Where did you get the idea that the left is atheist? And, isn't separation of church and state part of the Constitution? It was the last time I looked.

The republicans will once again win the Presidency. Liberals (Democrats) just like to hate America and will lose the election because of their stance on the Mexican question.

If you watch CNN carefully you will find that they never have anything good to say about America or the Conservative movement (Republicans). How come they are so quiet about the war in Iraq now. Is it because America could be winning it. Before they shoved it in your face for 24 hours a day, about how bad things were going. Do not trust any mainstream media today. Rather read alernative sources and then make up your own mind. Remember Jane Fonda who used to be married to the previous owner of CNN publicly denounced America on the side of the North Vietnamese. I find your reasoning laugable. You want to be safe. You want freedom of movement and human rights and all the other good things but you do not want to make sacrifices. In life you have to pay a price for everything. There is no such thing as a free lunch. I bet you have never served your country military wise.

You make some good points, but if all politicians are bad what do you do then. You have to change the whole system. How do you do that and with what do you replace it. Unfortunately you have to work with what youve got. I prefer lower taxes and less goverment and are against abortions. These are things Liberals hate. They want to control every aspect of you life. Was it not Liberals (Harry Read) that tried to suppress freedom of speach by going after Imus and Rush Limbaugh. Is it not them that want to bring back the fairness law for talk radio. Personaly I would prefer to take the emotional issues out of government and let them run the country like a business. If they do bad then you kick them out, but that's just a dream right now

I do respect the soldiers- they're doing a job nobody should have to do. My nephew in law was in Iraq for a year, and my godson's been in Walter Reed for a year and a half because of an ambush on his patrol.

What I don't respect is the administration who sent them there to begin with.
