I wouldn't recommend Live for audio editing to replace Sound Forge or Wavelab or Audacity, I have SF and Audacity but I don't really use them with Live.
Ableton: Please make an audio editor like Wavelab!
I'm sorry guys,
I think I used the audio editor once to normalize a sample before importing it in simpler, but Audacity does not edit the same original sample as it was when I was using Wavelab & Cubase many years ago. Can you help me understand why I need an audio editor? What the Pro use it for - aside Mastering - I suppose?
