Problem with installing Live 7 on Boot camp XP

Hi
Everytime i tried installing Live 7 on XP Boot camp ,I get the following error

"You do not have access to make the requiredsystem configuration modifications.Please rerun this installation from an administrator account"

I have logged in as administrator and even created another admin account but same issues

Please help

BTW I use Parallels to access the Boot camp XP partition
Mobile setup: MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Late 2018) ,Live Suite 10.1.6 64 BIT,512 GB SSD ,8GB RAM ,OSX 10.11 El Capitan,Oxygen 8

Studio Setup :Mac Studio M1, ,Sonama,Novation SL49 MK11,UAD Apollo Twin Thunderbolt
