Bug with B4

I'm trying the B4 as an VST instrument in the 4.0.1 demo but midi controlers from cc11 to cc16 which work in the stand alone version or in SX for controlling the upper drawbars don't work in live. only the cc17 to cc20 do work.
Only if I remove all tracks except the midi one can I control all drawbars, it's as if controlers from 11 to 16 were already in use for something else in Live but as far as I know they're not.

Also I can't find a way to access the lower keyboard which is on channel 2. Whatever I do, like changing my master keyboard to channel 2, and/or assigning the live track to ch2, it is still channel 1 playing

You need to set up a second midi channel to transmit midi to the second channel of the b4.

Midi to: B4
and in the drop-down menu below that: 2-B4

This works.

If you use controlers, do you suffer from the trouble mentionned above ?
