Hiding Live in MacOs X

Hiding Live (cmd-H) in MacOs X 10.5.2 seems to work sometimes, but most of the times it doesn't!!??

Where did you get 10.5.2?

It's not just Live. It happens intermittently to me in 10.4.9 with different apps, and I can't work out why.

Chalk another one up to OSX Mysteries...
