RACK MACROS - SWiTCH POSITION
RACK MACROS - SWiTCH POSITION
It should be easy to switch macro positions in a rack just by dragging and droping.

Excellent idea!
And while you're at it ableton, how about giving us tabs of extra macros. For example, four tabs, each with eight macros. Would be perfect for making custom effects combining others. 8 just isn't enough.

That limitation makes no sense. If you only want to use ones that are visible, then you could still just use the first eight on the first tab. You're no worse for having extra macros.Chicle777 wrote:That would be nice but I would like mine all visible. Limitations has it´s good side sometimes.

Make the racks with options of 4, 8, 12, 16.. depending of how many you want. The tabs option isn´t good for live use + you don´t want to click through tabs to see your knob settings. Their should be all upfront or nothing.
Would be great to be able to group them in one rack to separate instrument controllers/knobs from fx knobs or what have you.

Re: RACK MACROS - SWiTCH POSITION
I hope that they will make additional options to control things in racks...
