Good in ear headphones for on the move production?

Post by bytheriver » Sat Jan 19, 2008 10:40 am

I'm looking to get a set of fairly cheap in ear headphones to use with my MP3 player but also for sticking in my laptop for production when I'm out of the house.

The new Maudio ones a pretty pricey, does anyone have any recommendations? I'm not looking for something thats 100% perfect sound, just something that'll do a decent job and sound good on the MP3 player.

I was thinking about Sennheiser CX300

Cheers

I've got the Sennheiser CX300 and they are excellent. I'd always used the earphones supplied with my iPod before getting them and I was blown away by the improvement in sound.

Watch out as there are some dodgy copy versions about. I bought them from Amazon to be safe, about £18 in total I think.

+1 for these.

I have these and they are great. Great sound, great isolation. First pair i bought lasted 6 months until loose connection meant only 1 ear worked, sent them to Shure andhad a replacement within a week. I would reccomend these.
