I normally extol the virtues of being polite and civil, but fuck it. It doesn't pay to be nice here, so I have decided to be a prick on this forum from now on. Nebulae's post and attitude really annoyed me. Who the fuck does he think he is?

He's always come across as a dickhead to me but I have chosen to keep my thoughts to myself. So let me say I can't stand his goofy, pointless posts, quite poor attempts at humour and his what appears to be competing with Forge to have the highest number of posts. Nebulea's complaint confirms what a wanker he is. The way it came across to me, I could quite easily imagine him blubbering and calling out to his mummy.

Again let me say, who the fuck does he think he is?

Unfortunately for the critics here, this is more like the kind of parade the Germans would put on! And I love them for it!!!

Really, you have not a single clue about what bigotry and prejudice mean do you?

You basically are saying that if it was 'germans' at the booth, then X attitude would prevail, nevermind that there are tens of millions of germans, and it's a fucking country not an ethnic group, or that any of that matters in the least....

Basically you are posting prejudiced BS, but hey because it's supposedly positive, and you aren't aware of what cultural stereotyping is under the surface, you don't understand. Why don;t you go tell a japanese person you really admire how they all get such good grades in school? that should go over well for you.

A dedicated user and customer?! Guess the situation was a mixure of too many expectations on Nebulae's side and too little caring from Ableton's side. The practical ideal probably meets in the middle.

It a delicate matter sometimes. It's like when you enter a shop, what do you prefer?

1. The shop employee jumps at you at once asking if he can help you with anything. Most people hate that, it's just too much attention for when you simply want to be looking around.

2. No one cares for you at all, you have too search for a shop employee yourself once you want to ask or buy something. Not so ideal either, you can look around uninterrupted but once you need someone they are not by your side and maybe didn't even realize or care that you are around their shop.

3. You are simply greet (or is it greeted?) when you enter the shop, thus knowing that someone took notice of you and welcomes you to the shop. Once you need help you know what the employee looks like and probably he already noticed you looking for him. Personally I find this to be the ideal situation. A warm welcome, and assistance without being plagued.

A Pollack walked into the Ableton Booth at NAMM with dogshit in his hand and said "Look what I almost stepped in!"
