Quick question on MIDI mapping!

Hey guys, I have a quick question about mapping Midi parameters in Live. I am trying to map every thing that is mappable in Live to my Axiom 49. Can I have certain parts of Live mapped on one program(1), like a drum rack, and other parts of Live, like overall mixing parameters mapped to the next program(2). This way It will be easy to toggle in between areas of Live without having to re-map things. Maybe It's not that quick of a question. Hopefully it will be quick to answer. One more thing. Any recommendations on a good program to make programs with?

Yes, as long as it is sending out different midi messages.
