Wrong Format Error

hello all
Today, half of my 10 gig sound library won't be recognized by Live. I get wrong fomat errors even though i´ve used wav and aiff files all the time from this same library. Not even quicktime nor itunes would recognize those files.

any ideas as to how to recover those samples?

Hi akashik,

Can you send me one short aiff and one short wav of these files that you cannot use with Live? Would be nice if you can pack them using sit, zip,...

actually, i work at my friend's studio and as far as i know, he has already erased all the wrong formatted files from his computer and replaced them with the ones from his loop cds. i´ll double check with him tonight, though. in that case i´ll email you the sit. files....

also, i remember he was referring to Acid wav files and some free ones from the Arturia website.
