Peeps, maybe a very basic question... but struggling to get e.g. a bassline through the filters of my Arturia Minimoog V filters? Is it just simply send audio to the bus where the moog is... but it is midi?
Thanks for your help!!

Send an audio track to the external input of your Minimoog plugin.

are you on Live 6 or 7?
Check Arturia manual for how to set up the external input.
Check the Live 7 manual or the Live 6 tips&tricks section on this forum for how to route side chain / external inputs. If possible, you will be able to make two selections for where to route your audio. The first, you will select from a drop-down menu "Track 1, MinmoogV" and below that there should be a second drop-down menu that'll say "external input". At least thats how other plugins that can accept multiple input sources work. I've never used minimoogV in live.
Do not try to send it a MIDI clip. Filters filter audio. MIDI contains notes, not frequency data.
If it works in Live, then I bet this is how to do it. I see Live isn't on their supported platforms list... so accessing the audio side-chain input might not be possible (as you note: this is a VSTi, and there's no VST effect-only plugin the way there is for other hybrid synth/effects like vokator or Slayer)

ah thanks for the links, makes it a bit clearer.
I am on live 7. Will dig deeper into the manuals, since I could not find anything. Cheers!
