Page scroll bug or maybe me being stupid.

Sometimes the page scroll up/down tab on the right of the screen completely disapears. By fiddling around with tabs and other stuff it eventually returns though how is beyond me. Bug or me being stupid?
Casio keyboard with 48k ZX Spectrum, a couple of tambourines and a triangle.
