Keystation Pro Problem with Live 7

Hi,

Not sure where to post this so sorry...

I have an M-Audio KeyStation Pro 88 hookd up to Live 7 with a MOTU 128 Express. I seem to be able to only use the top 3rd of the keyboard with any instrument and then only really if I set the octave to either plus 2 or 3.

I have reset the zone maps on the keyboard to lowest key and hghest key on the keyboard. When I press a key the midi in flashes in Live but no sounds except from the top most keys, etc.

I have tried a factory reset (power off/on +- down) and still it persists.
I am not sure if my cleaner has messed with the keys. I am now getting really frsutrated as all worked well in Live 6.

Can anyone please advise me on how to proceed to get SOUNDS.

have you tried pressing the red record button on the buss your playing the midi on?
