Aphex Twin has come dangerously close to that level of performance on the odd occasion to be honest

Personally, I think he's taking the piss out of everybody- the promoters, the crouds, the people that complain on message boards. Nobody in their right mind would do what he is doing unless its supposed to be an absolute joke. Why not keep doing it if you keep getting paid to do it. If promoters and people are dumb enough to take him seriously, then rock on Pete!

" Im messing with the eq. on the desk , as taught to me by the great Arthur Baker, to emphasise rolls hand claps effects etc, then you sneak the bottom end out then bring it back in suddenly for added frisson.Shit he will kill me for telling you!"

I think its a bloody shame when a talented musician is reduced to this to earn a crust.
DJ's are musicians? Ever read the story about the Emperor's New Clothes?

"It shows a clip on YOU TUBE so out of context"
How is that video being taken out of context? He admits to being a fraud. People's first response to criticism is to say it was taken out of context. What context could make him not look like a tool in that video?
