You're already spoiled anyway!
Research has revealed that smokers tend to be more depressed than non-smokers, even if they stop smoking later. Bad luck mate, you would have better been strong enough to never start in the first place.
Hehe, sorry, only being mean on purpose.

Question to you weed smokers who claim that it helped them quit smoking: You smoke pure weed without mixing it with tobacco? Wow, sound like cheap shit...

I think you misunderstand me.
A "joint" where I come from is a mixture of weed or hash and tobacco and smoking *any* tobacco is going to keep you addicted, whether you call it a "joint" or a "cigarette with pot in it".
Gotcha. I learned this as being a "spliff" from my English friends back in the day.
So yes, I definitely agree then - you're either putting tobacco into your body or you're not. Continuing to consume tobacco is not a smart approach to breaking the addiction.

how the fuck has this been working out?

In my life
Why do I smile
At people who I'd much rather kick in the eye?

Are you still tobacco-free? I just decided this morning to stop and haven't had a cig all day.
Feels strange, but not too hard so far.

I don't understand this; weed is much more flavorful and satisfying to smoke than tobacco. I don't smoke cheap shit...

You misunderstood me. Most people I know mix their weed with tobacco simply because weed is much more expensive (in Germany) than tobacco. So your "shit" must be rather "inexpensive" when you don't have to stretch it with tobacco aka cheap shit.

You would have quit just as easily without magic ear magnets I'm sure.
They'll just act as something to focus your mind rather than contain any inherently beneficial properties.

I understand now; yes unfortunately quitting cigs has been a costly endeavor as I do smoke more weed nowadays, and that is way more expensive! Still, I'd rather be a bit poorer but in better health.
Cig prices are ridiculous though - five bucks a pack and they're threatening a new two dollar tax on top of that!

In addition they've just passed the "no smoking in bars/restaurants anymore" law, so when you add it all up quitting cigs was a no-brainer.

Someone did some research and theorized that its not the smoking that calms you but instead its the larger than normal inhale of oxygen after you exhale that relaxes you. So he was instructed to take a deep breath or two whenever he gets the urge to smoke. I don't know if it works for everyone but its done wonders for me over the last two days. Of course it may just be the mental portion of it (believing it works) that is doing the job but either way I haven't smoked. Just thought it might be worth sharing.
Keep up the good job and soon you'll be over it.
A deep breath inhale and hold will certainly provide a nice free buzz on exhale - it's a good tip.
