Recommend PCMCIA Firewire card for FW410 w/ Windows

My M-Audio FW410 is clicking when plugged into the FW or USB interface on my laptop though the on board audio card doesn't cause clicking. A friend recommended that it was likely the cheap FW or USB bus and that I should get a PCMCIA Firewire card to run it. Any recommendations on PCMCIA FW cards that are working well for ya for Windows?
